  I wouldn't do business here... not even over my dead body.
  
  I went to Corl on August 1st to get flowers for my wedding on August 2nd. How ironic to go to a funeral home to get flowers for your wedding, right? Regardless, my neighbor said they had the best flowers in Monroeville-- which they absolutely do! Beautiful Gerbera Daisies, beautiful roses, and stunning baby's breath. All the flowers that I need for my big day! My neighbor and I walked into the store, and no one was there to serve us. We walked into the area with the flowers in the cooler, and took out a pre wrapped bunch of Gerbera Daisies to purchase. A few seconds later, a woman with glasses comes running down the steps saying, "Excuse me. What do you think you're doing? Customers don't go in the cooler." She then snatched the flowers from my hand, slammed the cooler, and stared at me. I calmly said, "Okay. I'm sorry. I didn't see a sign or anything. Well, we'd like those pink ones you just put back..." She stared at me again, and didn't respond. I then said, "Are you having a rough day?" and that question typically softens workers, because most ppl want to provide quality customer service. She said, "Yes," but still continued to be very rude. I then thanked her for her time, and told her that we would purchase flowers elsewhere. A few minutes ago, I called the own to suggest that they get a sign to put on the flower cooler so that customers don't just go in and help themselves. I also suggested that her employee's can nicely tell ppl whatever they have to say... there is no reason I should have felt attacked. The manager angrily said, "I have been in business for 57 years. Don't tell me how to run anything. I don't come in your house and go into your refrigerator. So, don't do it in mine." She then hung up on me.
  
  I respect that they don't want ppl going into there cooler. However, when you walk into the store, the cooler is immediately on the back wall. You don't have to go through a set of doors or walk past a cash register... or go up any steps. Any reasonable person would believe that they can access, and are supposed to, get there own flowers and then pay for them. Many other floral shops have this system, as well.
  
  Overall, do NOT go here. They are unreasonable, rude, and not customer oriented.
